This property is located right on the water of the Altamaha River. It has a dock that leads from the ground level parking/cooking garage. This location provides a beautiful and secluded location. There is two bedrooms, one king/one queen with top quality mattress and bedding. The interior living area has a large sectional, and two Chairs. The living area and main bedroom have large screen/smart TVs, along with a large TV located downstairs in the garage/parking area. This home contains a large screened in porch which contains a futon and an additional couch and two dining room tables, to accommodate 6 additional guests. The screened porch overlooks your own private dock, with lots of lighting for the late-night fisherman/women. The garage underneath the living area, has three grills, a pellet/gas and charcoal grill and enough room to park 6 vehicles. One you arrive, you park your vehicle and walk straight out onto your private dock. There is a refrigerator located both upstairs and downstairs for your convenience. There is also a washer and dryer located on the premises. For an additional charge, drinks and food can be purchased prior to your arrival, and you may also request (for additional charge) for meals to be prepared and delivered to you, which will also include clean up.
